Three ways to take the Ramadan 2027 timetable for the UK: print or save as PDF, add to calendar as an .ics file with 60 events, and 12 UK cities.
In this guide
  1. The timetable and calendar file for each city
  2. Option 1: print it or save it as a PDF
  3. Option 2: add it to your calendar
  4. Which timetable should I follow?
  5. Frequently asked questions

Every one of our 12 city pages has a full Ramadan 2027 timetable that you can print, save as a PDF, or add to your phone's calendar. In London the first expected day, Monday 8 February 2027, has suhoor ending at 05:47 and iftar at 17:05. This guide shows where the buttons are, what each download contains and what it does not, and the times for every city.

The dates are expected dates on the Umm al-Qura calendar: UK mosques may begin Ramadan a day later after moon sighting (see when does Ramadan 2027 start in the UK). This is not a religious ruling. Follow your local mosque's announcement and timetable.

The timetable and calendar file for each city#

Suhoor ends at Fajr and iftar is at Maghrib. The table gives the first expected day (8 February) and the length of the fast on 8 February and on 8 March. London and Ilford show the London Unified Prayer Timetable from 1 January 2027, and the other cities use our calculated times.

Across these cities the fast is between 11h 17m and 13h 14m over the month. Our guide to Ramadan 2027 fasting hours explains how it grows.

Option 1: print it or save it as a PDF#

On a city's Ramadan page, the "Download / Print timetable (PDF)" button opens your device's print dialog. You can print the timetable on paper, or choose "Save as PDF" in that dialog. The page is set up for printing and includes the day, date, suhoor, iftar, the length of the fast and the other prayers.

Option 2: add it to your calendar#

The "Add to calendar (.ics)" button downloads a standard calendar file (the iCalendar format) that most calendar apps can import. It contains:

  • two events for each fasting day: Suhoor ends (Fajr) and Iftar (Maghrib), 60 events for 30 days, from 8 February to 9 March 2027;

  • the same minute that is shown on the city page, because the file is built from that timetable and not calculated again;

  • a note on each event that the time is calculated, expected, and not a ruling.

Ramadan 2027 falls wholly on GMT, because the clocks do not go forward until 28 March 2027, so the times import correctly into any time zone your calendar uses. Open the downloaded file and your calendar app will ask where to add the events.

What the calendar file does not contain#

  • No Imsak. We publish no separate Imsak time; suhoor ends at Fajr. See sehri time in the UK for Ramadan 2027.

  • No other prayers. Taraweeh, Eid and congregational times are set by each mosque.

  • No updates after you import it. The file is a copy of the times at the moment you download it. If Ramadan begins a day later than expected, download the file again once the start is confirmed.

Which timetable should I follow?#

Your mosque's own printed timetable is the one to follow for when you pray and stop eating. Mosques may use different angles, margins or Asr conventions, so their times can differ from ours; our guide to why UK prayer times differ explains why. Our methodology is on the methodology page.

Frequently asked questions#

Can I download a Ramadan 2027 timetable for the UK?#

Yes. Each of our 12 city Ramadan pages has a print / save-as-PDF button and a calendar file you can download.

Is there a PDF?#

The print button opens your print dialog, where you can print on paper or choose "Save as PDF".

How many events are in the calendar file?#

60: Suhoor ends and Iftar for each of the 30 fasting days, 8 February to 9 March 2027.

What if Ramadan starts on 9 February?#

When the start is confirmed, the file on the site moves by one day. Download it again, because a copy you imported earlier does not change.

Does the file include Imsak?#

No. Suhoor ends at Fajr, and we publish no Imsak.

Is this a fatwa?#

No. It is a calculated timetable. For a ruling or your local times, ask your mosque.

About this article

This article explains how prayer times are calculated and where scholars and UK organisations differ. It is not a religious ruling. For a question of fiqh, ask a qualified scholar, and for congregational prayer follow your local mosque.
